Execute local sales plans (short, mid, long term) in line with SBU strategy to maintain and develop existing / acquire new customers.Execute customer roadmap and manage/close respective CRM tool (ACE) growth opportunities; execute pricing actions.Build and maintain relationships with customers and distributors.Provide input to Manager on customer needs, business trends, and competitive situations in territory.Coordinate with TCS to conduct line trials and resolve customer requests and complaints.Deliver KPI growth targets within defined territory/accounts.
