Team Vecos currently consists of over 100 highly driven colleagues working globally from the Netherlands, the USA, Australia, Germany, Denmark, and France.
Who are we looking for? Our Sales Empowerment team currently consists of 6 top talents.
As a Sales Empowerment specialist, you're part of a regional team and a key partner to the Sales team.
Together with your Sales colleague(s), you make sure the customer gets the best possible proposal, to fit their dynamic workplace needs.
You're in direct contact with partners and the customer, to ensure all administration is in place.
You coordinate specialist support when needed within the wider Vecos teams.
And you handle repeat customer orders yourself.
We're looking for a colleague who enjoys being a guardian of the customer rhythm, whilst being a star in prioritization at the same time.
You can work independently, as well of be part of a team.
You bring commercial sense and organizational talent, have great people-skills and basic technical and compliance knowledge.
You have an eye for detail and are a go-getter that is used to anticipating needs.
Furthermore, we would like to check off the following job requirements:
Higher vocational education level (at least HBO)Minimum five years of experience in sales support in a project organization (preferably in internationally operating SME businesses)Full professional proficiency in Dutch and English.
Other languages are a plus.Affinity with technology and ITBeyond professional skills, we're looking for the right person and attitude.

What will you be doing? As a Sales Empowerment specialist, you take care of everything needed to support Sales with the right customer offer.
Your daily work includes:
Organizing internal resources around a deal process, in direct contact with the customer or cabinet partner where needed.
You ensure all is in place on time.Delivering budget indications and quotations, based on your proposed solution setup.
You are commercially savvy, and can advice your Sales colleague in the right offer.Taking care of an accurate and efficient customer administration.Handling incoming orders, and providing support in getting documents signed.
