Sales Development Representative- Public Sector

We are looking for engaging, curious, collaborative, results-driven and customer-obsessed Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our team. At Dynatrace, our SDRs play a critical role in our go-to-market strategy, serving as the primary point of contact for potential customers. They work closely with marketing and Account Executives to identify and qualify opportunities within key accounts.
We are seeking self-starters who are tech-savvy, curious, motivated, and passionate about exceeding expectations.
Build revenue pipeline by scheduling introductory meetings with key decision makersConduct proactive research on accounts using various tools providedDevelop an understanding of assigned accounts' business challenges, opportunities, and market positioningEngage in outbound prospecting to generate new business opportunitiesEducate potential customers on Dynatrace solutions and qualify opportunitiesSupport community awareness and education of Dynatrace solutionsFollow up on inbound leads and provide feedback to marketingTrack activities in CRM, attend forecast meetings, and update team on progressExceed defined targets of qualified opportunities per quarter
