What you'll nail Research, identify, and qualify potential customers through various channels, including referrals, online research, social media, and industry events. Utilize outbound strategies, such as cold calling and email campaigns, to generate interest and qualify leads. Execute effective outbound campaigns to engage with prospects, creating awareness of Buildxact's solutions and identifying opportunities for further discussion. Engage with leads to understand their needs, pain points, and goals. Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and pass on potential opportunities to the sales team. Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads. Provide valuable insights into market trends and customer feedback to enhance the sales and overall company strategy. Effectively communicate Buildxact's value proposition to potential customers. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our solutions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Provide regular reports on lead generation and qualification activities. Buildxact has a hybrid work model and requires staff to come in to the office to work at least 2 days per week. Some teams may be required to be in office more frequently, work with your manager to determine your schedule. Your toolkit Growth mindset, viewing each challenge as an opportunity to learn and develop. Preference for Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field but not necessarily required. Proven experience in a sales development or lead generation role, preferably in the software or construction industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus. Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Adaptability and willingness to learn about the construction industry and Buildxact's solutions. Enthusiastic and persistent in pursuing leads and achieving targets. Exerts an ongoing effort to learn and analyze successes and losses.
