You'll play a pivotal role in our success by engaging with businesses, asking insightful questions to understand their needs, and seamlessly connecting them with our expert Brokers who will help secure their funding.

**What you'll do:** - Work with the sales team by qualifying leads over the phone that come through each day - Build on your product knowledge and gain a strong acumen in outbound prospecting to handle objections, understand SME issues/ pain points and communicate Valiant's solutions - Handle inbound calls from existing and prospective customers - Keep up to date with industry and product knowledge to ensure you are providing customers with accurate and applicable information **The ideal candidate:** - Will be a graduate or undergraduates looking to enter the world of finance, or alternatively a background in sales, retail or customer service - Will have excellent communication skills - Excited to build a career in finance and sales
