Your primary focus will be on promoting off-plan real estate properties and scheduling meetings for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities: Initiate proactive outreach to potential customers through outbound calls to generate leads and sales opportunities.
Evaluate leads by assessing their interest and suitability for off-plan real estate purchases.
Arrange appointments and meetings for the sales team to further engage with qualified prospects.
Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the organisation.
Deliver high-quality customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with the sales team to share market insights and enhance sales strategies.

Requirements Prior experience in sales or a customer-facing role is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to engage and persuade customers.
Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for building relationships and identifying new opportunities.
Self-motivated and driven, with a hunger for success and earning potential.
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Integrity, respect, and sound reasoning are core values that you uphold.
A bachelor's degree or tertiary education is a plus, though not mandatory.
