Join one of Australia's leading providers of First Aid and Medical Products and ServicesCompetitive Salary + Salary Packaging BenefitsAbout the Role: The Sales Development Representative is responsible for proactively selling and interacting with new and existing customers on a daily basis to sell across all of St John NSW products and services.
The Sales Development Representative is involved in selling the commercial product and training to serve our customers' needs, generate new business and develop clear plans to maximise commercial sales for nominated portfolios within St John NSW.
Key Responsibilities: Drive sales in line with nominated KPI targets, by prospecting, lead qualification and lead nurturing.Upsell and cross sell across product and service offerings of St John NSW.Update customers on new product launches, new training offerings and promotional programs.Build and maintain a sales pipeline in line with nominated KPI targets.Generate new leads and potential business opportunities, ensuring these are proactively managed, and key relationships of customer accounts are grown to deliver sales outcomes.Our Ideal Candidates will have: Demonstrated knowledge, skills and extensive experience working in a business development or sales executive role.Demonstrated experience working to agreed sales targets and KPIs.Effective time management skills with the ability to allocate appropriate amounts of time for completing work, avoiding scheduling conflicts.Demonstrates high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.Ability to mine designated portfolio relationships to achieve sales growth.Strong demonstrated ability and experience engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.About St John Ambulance NSW: Every day, Australians are at risk of illness, injuries and potentially life-threatening situations at home, in the workplace and the community.
