We're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will prospect and qualify potential customers for the Vimeo Sales team, building trust and rapport that result in qualified opportunities. The Sales Development Representative is the first point of contact between prospective customers and Vimeo and will be responsible for generating and qualifying new prospects. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for determining potential opportunities for new business, and can rapidly qualify, convert, and assign those conversations.

2+ years' of work experience. Preferably in market research, lead generation, marketing or sales, ideally within SaaS businesses Proven track record of success with a sales cycle Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Have an outgoing personality and the ability to hold an engaging conversation or write an attention-grabbing email. Identify customer needs and solve for gaps with creative outreach strategy & discovery including, but limited to: email copy, warm/cold calls, social media outreach, in-person events High level of resilience and ability to handle objection both over phone and email Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload to maximize efficiency Represent the company and our products with a high degree of professionalism A competitive nature and relentless drive to succeed Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM software, outreach, Chat tools, Zoominfo, SalesNav
