The Sales Development Representative is tasked with identifying and generating sales opportunities through both outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up.
The right candidate will be one who works well under pressure, thinks out-of-the-box, has a good understanding of sales prospecting tools, and is highly self-motivated.
The right candidate will also understand how to assess a company's needs and cater the outreach to each Account/Prospect specifically.
Responsibilities and Requirements: This position requires an ambitious self-starter with relationship selling skills and the ability to multi-task.
1-3 years of successful experience, preferably in technology sales development.
Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic presence.
Demonstrated success prospecting into Fortune 500 companies.
Extremely self-motivated.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
This is a remote position.
The candidate must be able to work remotely effectively and efficiently.
Experience with CRM applications.
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.

Salary: $85,000 - $132,000 a year.
