Responsibilities: Provide support to our Sales representatives with their day to day dutiesConfirm orders with customersOrder stock from suppliers for customer ordersLiaise with customers and arrange delivery of goodsKeep track of all open orders by checking on stock levels delivery dates and paymentConfirm details on orders are correct with the customer and sales representative such as delivery address, site contact, products and quantitiesEnter orders into great plainsArrange returns of goods if neededActively maintain a strong product knowledge of goods being suppliedMaintain professional contact with internal and external stakeholdersFollow security proceduresThe Requirements: Previous experience in a similar capacity or strong retail sales experienceKnowledge of MS Office Suite including Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel and PowerPointAbility to work unsupervised and a team playerExcellent communication and customer service skillsThe ability to work well under pressure and prioritise workloadIf you are keen, motivated and willing to contribute to a successful team, then we look forward to hearing from you.
