Sales Coordinators require exceptional attention to detail, ability to prioritise and confidence to make decisions for the benefit of the company and respective Account Manager.Key Responsibilities: Act as a key point of contact for customers and account managersProvide exceptional customer service via phone and emailProcess sales orders within SLA's as required to meet/exceed budgets for the national business Liaise with internal and external stakeholdersProactively ensure backorders are under control and invoices regularly followed-upMonitor open orders and adjust as requiredAssist with the creation of products in the systemWork collaboratively within the state and national teams Skills and Experience: Experience in an Administration or Sales Processing roleProficiency with MS Office, in particular Excel To Apply If you are interested in this exciting opportunity with us, please click apply and upload your CV.
