About The Role:The Sales Coordinator is responsible providing sales support to our Direct Sales team and ensuring that all administrative duties are completed efficiently and within given deadlines. Key position responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative and sales support to the Direct Sales team. Prepare presentations, proposals and responses for Account Managers and Sales Managers. Create, generate, and maintain sales data, develop skills in strategic sales data platforms, and assist sales team with data, graphs, and statistics. Ensure all client materials are ready for daily broadcast, with meticulous attention to detail for material instructions. Deliver high levels of client service at all times. Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills, working effectively to meet deadlines and maintaining high standards in all written materials and presentations. About You: Preferred – University Degree in Marketing and minimum 18 months in equivalent role. Advanced skills in MS Office and in particular Outlook, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint. Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce is desirable. Experience in Customer Service or Administrator roles. Excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines. Excellent attention to detail and have a high standard of quality in all written material and presentations.
