The Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to provide exceptional support to our sales team and valued clients.
This role is integral to ensuring seamless sales operations, client satisfaction, and proactive account management.

The Role * Sales Team Support: Provide customer support to assist the sales team in maximizing performance.
Organise calendars, tasks, and travel for Sales Reps * Administration: Prepare reports, manage pricing, handle quotations, tenders, and other administrative tasks.
Prepare client quotes and manage order processing on behalf of Sales Reps. * Client Support & Account Management: Manage client queries, account actions, and ensure client satisfaction.
Address client requests promptly via email, web, or phone.
* Client Appointments: Plan client visits and schedule appointments for Sales Reps. * Data & CRM Management: Manage sales-related emails, CRM data, and process orders.
Analyse and interpret data for projects and client needs.
* Proactive Sales Activities: Generate leads and referrals through outbound efforts.
Track proposal follow-ups and manage LinkedIn connections.
What We Are Looking For: * Proven experience in Administration/Sales Support, ideally in a fast-paced sales environment.
* Client-facing experience with a positive, can-do attitude.
* Team player aligned with company values, able to work collaboratively.
* Strong multitasking, calendar management, and deadline handling skills.
* Thrive under pressure, providing solutions that benefit both clients and the company.
* Comfortable in goal-driven environments, following quarterly planning cycles.
