About the Role
A well-known and established builder with a reputation for building quality homes is currently experiencing growth across the ACT & NSW. Due to this, they are looking for an experienced and passionate Sales Consultant to join their team, based out of their ACT Display Suite & Office.
You will be backed up by a well-oiled, high functioning head office administrative team, your responsibilities will include:
Identifying customer's needs and determining products to suit their requirements to build or extend onto their dream homeUnderstanding the fundamentals of building & design, understanding different blocks and building requirements to determine feasibility for a KDR projectGenerating and following up leads to convert to salesDeveloping and maintaining strong relationships with customersDeveloping external referral relationships with developers and real estate agentsConsistent market research providing an understanding of the housing industryAbout You
You will be a confident and approachable personality, driven to succeed within a sales environment whilst providing an authentic client experience. You will also possess:
A strong track record in new home sales, experience is a MUSTThorough understanding of current residential market trendsSound knowledge of KDRDemonstrated success in converting leads into salesKnowledge of the building industry and understanding of architectural plansAbility to build great relationshipsGood knowledge of IT systems and processesAbility to work weekendsRemuneration & Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive base salary of around $80k + super, as well as being rewarded with a generous commission structure.
