About the Role An award-winning, well-known, and established builder & developer with a reputation for building quality projects, custom & spec homes is currently experiencing growth.
Due to this, they are looking for an experienced and passionate Sales Consultant to join their team in their Leppington display village.
Reporting to an experienced and supportive Sales Manager and backed up by a well-oiled, high-functioning head office administrative team, your responsibilities will include:
Identifying customer's needs and determining products to suit their requirements to build their dream home.Understanding the fundamentals of building & design, understanding different blocks and building requirements to determine feasibility for a KDR project.Generating and following up leads to convert to sales.Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers.Developing external referral relationships with developers and real estate agents.Consistent market research providing an understanding of the housing industry.About You You will be a confident and approachable personality, driven to succeed within a sales environment whilst providing an authentic client experience.
You will also possess:
A strong track record in new home sales; experience is a MUST.Thorough understanding of current residential market trends.Sound knowledge of KDR.Demonstrated success in converting leads into sales.Knowledge of the building industry and understanding of architectural plans.Ability to build great relationships.Good knowledge of IT systems and processes.Ability to work weekends.Remuneration & Benefits The successful candidate will receive a base salary of $60k + super and a competitive commission structure.
