Uncapped commission opportunity Bonus structure $$$ Drive your own results with the support you need The Role of Hilltops Estate Manager The role will include, but is not limited to:
Grow the Hilltops Estate and help it develop into a thriving community Delivering on sales objectives and targets, and contributing to sales and marketing strategies Help customers in their journey to find the right land to build their 'dream' home or investment Continuing to build a database of prospects, and ongoing database management Weekly reporting and commentary on sales activity Providing all aspects of information on the land estate including amenities, price, and land size Daily workflow tasks, such as CRM management, contract preparation, client follow-up etc. Networking and stakeholder management, including builders and the project developer Qualifications & Experience Strong background in property sales, ideally already established in land sales, or new build sales Current driver's license and own reliable vehicle Additional Skills Ability to establish new business, negotiate and build solid relationships Outstanding written and verbal communications skills Excellent work ethic with ability to work autonomously Highly organised with exceptional time management skills Who are we?
