A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a passion for results are essential qualities for success in this role. You will serve our clients while also focusing on achieving sales targets.
Your responsibilities will include:
Nurturing inbound leads through various channels such as referrals, repeat business, Facebook, and website enquiries. Qualifying potential clients through telephone calls. Conducting consultation sessions to offer our products. Building lists of potential clients and hunting them down to drive new clients. Being the spearhead of the growth within our company. While sales experience is beneficial, we value the right attitude above all:
Confidence with humility and modesty. Epic verbal communication skills to quickly connect with clients and make them feel valued. Commitment to personal development through reading and learning about business, sales, and marketing. Team player mentality with a willingness to assist others. Experience in blinds or the construction industry would be advantageous. If you don't meet all the criteria, don't worry this could be your opportunity to start your sales career.
