You will: Measure, record, and configure specifications accurately and efficiently.Expertly match our products and services to client's needs.Provide high-level client service and stakeholder management.Drive sales, KPIs and build strong client relationships/communication.Be ready to meet business needs eg agile schedules, attend meetings and training as needed.Must haves: Valid driver's licence.Capacity to work every second weekend in Wagga Wagga & travel to Griffith fortnightly (overnight stay).IT proficiency - PC/Tablet and MS Windows based programs.Drive within canvassing area/s and meet the needs of clients outside of assigned area/s.2-5 years relationship selling experience within either:Consultative and in-home selling businesses is advantageous.Retail environment - ideally Home Décor/Furnishings.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).Ability to work autonomously in a Multi-site environment.Your career is WHAT YOU MAKE IT at Spotlight!
