Key responsibilities include:Sales Leadership: Drive and meet sales targets through lead generation and closing new memberships.Relationship Building: Engage with potential and existing members to help them set and achieve their fitness goals, fostering long-term relationships.Brand Ambassador: Actively promote our brand and create awareness in the local community through outreach, events, and social media platforms.Administrative Support: Handle club administration tasks efficiently to ensure smooth operations and clear communication.Club Culture: Create a fun, welcoming atmosphere that enhances the member experience and builds a positive club culture.What We're Looking ForPassion for Health & Fitness: A genuine love for fitness, helping others, and promoting a healthy lifestyle.Sales & Leadership Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or management roles is ideal.
