About the role Due to the rollout of our display program throughout the northern growth corridors, we currently have an outstanding opportunity for a results-driven experienced Sales Consultant with a proven track record in New Home Sales to be based at our soon to be opened Sunbury Display.
You will be responsible for selling our beautiful new homes and generating and caring for every client/new lead.
Continuously supported by a hands-on Sales Manager as well as the support of our Sales Associates and our Sales Coordinator, you will be able to focus on doing what you do best - selling!
You will be responsible for: Showcasing our Sunbury Display Home – you are providing the first impression to our homes and the business Guiding customers seamlessly through their home buying journey Building strong connections – both internally as well as externally Administrative support will be provided by your Sales Associates Maintaining and nurturing your pipeline Support strategic marketing campaigns in line with business objectives Delivering top-tier customer service to each and every person you deal with About you We are looking for the right people who want to come on the journey with us as well as create a customer experience that is second to none.
In order to be successful in this role, you will:
Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role. Be a proactive problem solver with a true passion for providing exceptional service Fearlessly take initiative – someone who won't die wondering and with ruthlessly follow up every lead Take charge of your own success – This role will have endless possibilities and opportunities, but you need to chase it Have experience achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs and understanding that a CRM is there to help you make more sales, not just to tick a box for your Sales Manager. Build lasting relationships with clients, external sales partners and your team Be flexible and committed with a willingness to work weekends and public holidays, knowing your working week is Saturday to Wednesday Beyond that, you are reliable, detail-oriented and team-focused Benefits and perks Work with a really clever, tenacious team who drive this business with the highest integrity.
