Who we're looking for: We're searching for a driven sales professional with outstanding interpersonal skills to join our Darwin team.
This role offers the opportunity to learn and grow in a vibrant, high-growth industry, with comprehensive training to help you represent Urbex's Darwin development portfolio.
Ideal candidates will have experience in tourism, travel, or real estate, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Reporting to the General Manager of Sales and Marketing, you'll lead the land sales function for multiple estates in Darwin, NT.
Key responsibilities include:
You will be responsible for the land sales function of one of the companies residential land estates in Darwin.The scope for this role includes liaison with the local builder community, valuers and financiers to coordinate packaged housing solutions and all facets of direct sales and local, national and international investment channel sales.You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, contributing to market research, competitor and customer analysis.You will be provided with senior mentoring to enhance your potential as well as achieving the company's business objectives.You will be part of a collaborative dynamic team environment working for a company who truly values their people and have a strong employee retention
Please note that weekend work is essential for this role, with a Saturday - Wednesday standard work week. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with: Land sales experience preferred - inclusive of a current real estate sales representative registration certificateA strong network within Darwin's business community preferredExperience in both direct and channel sales management preferredPeople orientated with a natural ability to build trusted relationships with all stakeholders
