You will be the face of Travelex, representing our brand by promoting our exciting travel money products, exceeding customer expectations, and owning the Travelex store like it's your own.Key accountabilities:Deliver excellence in customer service and achieve individual KPIs/targets.Maximize sales and promote to all customers our Travelex product range.Embrace the digital mindset via social media – Google reviews/Facebook/Instagram.Monitor stock levels and fully investigate overs and shorts (differences) and report.Comply with all company and location policy and procedures, including legal requirements.Your experience:Passion for Travel and a positive can-do attitude.Excellent verbal communication and written comprehension skills.Able to work independently and as a member of a team.Enjoys working with numbers and detail in a structured environment.Retail, cash-handling, and/or banking experience is desirable (but not essential).Ability to handle routine activities with attention to accuracy and detail.A strong record of performance delivery through increased sales and/or performance against KPIs.Ability to build and manage relationships across all levels, internally and externally.At Travelex, our colleagues are our core.
