Your Role: As a Sales Consultant, you will: Engage with warm and hot leads, making outbound calls to individuals eager to return to study and advance their careers.
Build rapport, deeply understand individual motivations, and articulate the life-changing benefits of education and personal development.
Address objections with empathy and problem-solving skills, overcoming barriers such as financial concerns or doubts about returning to study.
Ultimately, guide individuals to take the next step toward fulfilling their dreams and transforming their futures.
Why You'll Love This Role: 100% work from home, anywhere in Australia Competitive Compensation:  Base salary of $62,500 + super with uncapped commissions (OTE $90K-$100K).
Clear commission targets:  You will know where the goal posts are and can genuinely earn $3,000-$6,000 in commission monthly.
Annual base salary Increases based on previous years success.

Ideal Candidate: Minimum 12 months sales experience,  preferably in a professional environment.
