As a Face-to-Face B2C Sales position, you will visit client sites to engage and educate employee groups on the benefits of Financial Products - Novated Leasing and Salary Packaging solutions.
These are mostly existing relationships that are pre-qualified.
You will need a strong sales background and have demonstrated experience being able to work autonomously, managing your own day / KPIs and deliverables.
This will require an experienced salesperson with a proven track record.
The Role: To contact client sites and arrange presentations, workshops and consultationsTo conduct presentations, workshops and consultations at client sitesTo identify customer needs and match with relevant salary packaging / leasing and financial products and servicesTo establish and manage relationships with key client stakeholders with a view to increase awareness in the regionTo identify opportunities in the region/client base to increase awareness and sales and leasing lead volumesRequired Skills: Proven sales skills with the ability to close and/or generate leadsStrong Customer Service focus and ability to engender this approach and attitudeAt least 2 years' experience in sales or a similarly related roleProven client relationship skillsAbility to engage an audience, present to small/medium size groups and one-on-oneProven strong time management and organisational skillsExceptional communication skills, both written and verbalCurrent Driver's licence and full-time access to a carAbility to travel to regional locations from time to timeAbility to work autonomouslySound like you?
