Maas Residential Properties are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our supportive and dynamic team. This is a full-time position which requires weekend availability. You will play a vital role in supporting our residential sales team, contributing to the overall success while gaining valuable on-the-job experience, training, and mentoring.
To enable success, the right candidate will be action and goal-oriented, requiring excellent communication skills with the ability to establish and build relationships.

Primary Duties And Responsibilities Valuable member of the Residential team, actively engage with prospective purchasers to understand their Real Estate needs. Gain comprehensive knowledge of the MAAS offering including our various Estates land and house product offerings. Communicate our inventory in a sales environment. Conduct property inspections, open homes, and attend private appointments. Negotiate, manage offers, liaise, and guide purchasers. Engage with brokers and financiers. Assist with the preparation of property marketing materials and online listings. Maintain excellent customer service and communication. Liaise with customers for all sales related matters. Field and respond to enquiries via email and phone. Update and maintain Sales CRM system for all enquiries, sales, and reporting. Ensure Sales office and displays are presentable. Participate in weekly sales & marketing meetings. Attend sales launches/events and purchaser events as required. Any other tasks and responsibilities that are considered appropriate and relevant to the role of Sales Associate. Essential Requirements Resilience, self-motivation, confidence, and a hunger for success. Goal-driven, enjoy working in a high-energy team. Desire to build a career in Real Estate. Previous experience in a real estate sales or customer service role is preferable; however, not essential as support and training will be provided. Strong and effective communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to establish and maintain solid working relationships with customers. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills. A proactive and driven mindset, with a passion for people and property. Immaculate personal presentation and well-groomed. Proficiency within multiple office IT systems including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Productive and efficient multi-tasker, with proactive and flexible time management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced setting. Ambitious, adaptable, friendly, energetic, and wanting a long and rewarding career within a team that values success and growth. Current Australia Drivers Licence.
