Sales Consultant and Researcher, Library Sales Apply now Job no: 504301 Work type: Ongoing Full Time Location: Sydney Categories: Information Management (Library/Archives), Customer Experience Permanent, full-time role Base salary $75K - $91K depending on experience The Role We are seeking an energetic, flexible sales consultant to come on board and join the library sales team to look after our current clients and help expand the business.
The Job You will be responsible for incoming enquiries, coordinating the process of locating, delivering and licensing ABC content.
Reporting to the Manager Library Sales, you will: Quote licence fees, prepare licence agreements and process payments Undertake moderately complex research assignments Liaise and negotiate with clients to maximise revenue generation and license accordingly Support the Manager Library Sales with developing and maintaining existing and potential client relationships to ensure annual sales revenue targets are achieved About You You will have sound research, sales and negotiation skills with a working knowledge of copyright, the licensing process and digital formats.
Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be utilised as will your ability to foster and maintain strong client relationships.
You will also be able to demonstrate: Working knowledge of copyright, the licensing process and digital formats Archive research skills and the ability to define and solve problems relevant to the work area Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage priorities Experience in preparing business reports accurately, maintaining records of negotiations and transactions, and using a range of PC applications.
