The Role:
Day to day duties will include but not be limited to:
Creating a welcoming and friendly environment to greet guests Overseeing front office presentation Answering and directing enquiries to the relevant teams Preparing documentation for Form 6's, contracts, invoices, etc Scheduling appointments on behalf of Sales Agents Organising marketing material such as signboards, brochures, and social media tiles Assisting with auctions and preparing all relevant materials prior to event Organising general events Providing general assistance to the company Directors Ideal Candidate:
Only those with experience in similar positions will be considered for this role. The ideal candidate will be well-groomed, switched on, show initiative and be passionate about developing their Real Estate career.To be successful in this role you MUST have:
A minimum of 6 months experience in Real Estate or a similar role Hold a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration - THIS IS A MUST! Confidence in preparing Real Estate contracts and other Real Estate documentation Possess a positive and enthusiastic attitude Strong multitasking ability Confidence use of social media and marketing Strong communication skills both written and verbal Benefits: Monday - Friday role.
