We seek an individual with an entrepreneurial drive, ideally possessing a background in high-ticket sales or psychology related to consumer mindset, who is deeply passionate about guiding and motivating our students towards achieving success in high-ticket sales.
Equipped with established frameworks, templates, and a robust training regimen, we require someone committed to coaching, supporting, and ensuring accountability for our students' professional aspirations.
Responsibilities: Conduct regular live coaching sessions in both one-on-one and group formats, tailored to real estate or high-ticket sales. Instruct our proven high-ticket sales frameworks, oversee their implementation, and meticulously track outcomes. Collaborate closely with company leadership, gaining exposure to all facets of the organization. Engage actively with students through platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn, delivering consistent coaching and support strategies. Facilitate meetings with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on coaching objectives. Analyze and evaluate results systematically to continually refine coaching methodologies for optimal effectiveness. Requirements: Demonstrated expertise as a coach in business, high-ticket sales, or educational settings, with a focus on mentorship and skill development. Strong comprehension of high-ticket sales fundamentals, coupled with sharp business acumen. Exceptional verbal, presentation, and written communication skills, alongside outstanding networking and stakeholder management capabilities. Proficiency in utilizing internet technologies such as ZOHO, proficiency in the MS Office suite, familiarity with Facebook Groups, and prior experience with Client Management Systems. Solution-driven mindset with a keen emphasis on enhancing the overall student experience. Alignment with the vision and mission of Liviti.
