The Role:As a Green Energy Sales Representative your role will be 100% new business acquisition closing inbound leads for heavily subsidized Air-Conditioning packages over the phone.

No Outbound or cold calling required, we are inundated with high quality leads ready to buy.Selling to Victorian homeowners over the phone, thanks to the Victorian Energy Upgrades program, your primary focus will be to help Victorian residents upgrade old, inefficient gas heating and hot water systems to new heavily subsidised reverse cycle air conditioning and heat pump hot water systems.
Over 80% of the cost is subsidised by government incentives.Leveraging generous state and national subsidies, you'll assist customers in upgrading at relatively little cost.
These government schemes aim to reduce electricity and/or gas use by creating financial incentives for homes and organisations to invest in energy-saving upgrades.
Success in this role hinges on your ability to drive sales, capitalise on available subsidies, and provide tailored solutions to meet the energy efficiency needs of our clients.Your tasks will include:Qualify inbound leads, propose quality solutions and close dealsActively hunt new sales opportunities by driving referrals from your previous customers to close more dealsMaintain accurate sales activity records and forecasts using our CRMCollaborate effectively with team members to ensure satisfactory service outcomes.Qualities for Success:We don't care where you come from.
