The right candidate will be assisted with ongoing mentoring and coaching to make sure that they are fully equipped and up to date with the latest in Real Estate to build a successful career.The Role:Monday – Friday, your specific duties will include but not be limited to:Handling all sales administrationLiaising with vendors, buyers, and solicitorsCoordinating photo shoots, floor plans, marketing material & agent brandingPrepare and attend proposals, presentations, and auctionsManage exchanges & settlementsMeeting & greeting clients, attending meetings & functionsSupporting the Director with ad hoc administration dutiesAssisting with MarketingThe Candidate:The ideal candidate will possess the following:Must have previous Sales Administration experienceExcellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent Word/Outlook & computer skillsThe ability to work proactively and independentlyStrong administration and communication skillsA Certificate of Registration or willingness to obtainThis established team combines to harness success delivered in a fully integrated approach.
