The Role
As a Sales Cadet, you'll undergo comprehensive training by our seasoned sales experts to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in real estate sales. No prior real estate experience is required - we're looking for individuals who are enthusiastic, positive, and possess excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities
Learn from experienced sales professionals to develop a strong understanding of real estate sales techniques and processes.Assist in prospecting, lead generation, and client relationship management.Shadow experienced sales agents to observe and learn best practices in customer interaction, negotiation, and closing deals.Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding results.Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing Landmark Group to clients and stakeholders. 20th June, 2024
