We service some of the biggest businesses in Australia whilst equally partnering with small to medium employers.Due to ongoing growth we are looking to employ a Sales BD/ Account Manager to grow our Business in Gladstone, Queensland. We are seeking an outstanding achiever to join our Team of A players and continue to foster and grow our business & brand whilst promoting your personal brand. This role will commence in February 2025 due to the relocation of our Current Account Manager to another Harness site.

As our new Sales BD/ Account Manager in Gladstone, you will manage your portfolio of Tier 1 and 2 clients passionately and forge strong relationships with our clients through your deep care approach to providing solutions to their requests and queries.
Our offer:A competitive annual salaryA Short-Term Incentive remuneration packageAn additional Long Term Incentive Remuneration PackageFantastic career growth & progression opportunities into senior rolesOpportunity to mentor new staff into a rewarding careerGreat Supportive Team, Fun Culture and Exciting BenefitsContinuous learning and professional developmentFuel Card or Transport provided for work related travel.Your responsibilities:Support Clients with Quotes, Proposals, and Sales AssistancePrioritize key tasks and deadlines whilst keeping internal stakeholders updated.Build an open, honest, and trusting relationship with our clients and internal business units.Manage your internal operations expectations by ensuring they are always kept in the loop in terms of work in progress, recognising issues early, and pre-empting them.Ensure client requirements are always met within expectation and timely updates clearly communicatedProfessionally assist with inbound calls and qualifying leadsAccurate and timely data entry into various systems used by the organisation e.g. Sales Pipeline, Customer Relationship Management System etc.Maintain reporting to Senior Leaders and BoardManage Travel expectationAttend Networking EventsMaintain Tier 1 Client relationshipsDevelop new businessMaintain an understanding of educational funding and frameworksDevelop and submit tendersWork with Industry on Training and People needsMentor & Advise Junior sales on S&M opportunitiesSkills and experience required:A self-starter who is passionate to work in a busy environmentExperience in service or solution sellingPrevious experience in a KPI or budget-driven environmentExperience in stakeholder managementPassionate about bringing opportunities to their local communityProfessional and confident phone mannerExceptional attention to detail whilst multi-taskingPositive and vibrant personality with a Can-Do mindsetSelf-motivated and keen to learnProven working capability with Microsoft office suite packages.Exposure to a corporate environment with a sound understanding of policies, procedures, and safety-first cultureResponsible and mature mindedExperience working autonomouslyWell-presented and highly punctualThe preferred applicant will have experience of at least 2 to 5 years in one of the following industries: GTO, RTO, Labour Hire or recruitment.
