With a focus on the next stage of growth in Sydney, this role will focus on new business while still providing support to a small portfolio of customers. As a key role in growing our network, this role would suit a motivated, sales-focused professional that demonstrates high energy and attention to detail.
You would bring a passion for service, a drive to succeed while working closely with our operations team to provide innovative and full account solutions for our customers.
The Role: Develop and implement our strategic plans to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth. Identify new business opportunities and partnerships through market research, networking, and prospecting. Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers. Lead negotiations and close deals with clients to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that address client needs and drive business value. Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Prepare and present business proposals, presentations, and reports to senior management. About you: Proven track record of success in developing pipelines and driving revenue growth, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Strong leadership and strategic planning skills with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
