Currently seeking a Junior Agent to join their fun, social and outgoing sales department, this is an opportunity not to miss out on.

You will be efficient, precise and attentive.
On a daily basis, your day-to-day duties will include: Assist in the management 15+ listings Customer care and liaison with vendors, buyers and solicitors Handling all potential buyer enquiries Buyer call backs following open homes Setting up & collecting signboards Database prospecting, development and maintenance Attending weekly sales meetings & training General administration duties The Candidate: A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Confidential, professional and friendly phone manner Driven, hardworking and enthusiastic Be 100% committed to succeed in real estate Must work Saturdays Tech savvy with intermediate MS office skills    The Perks: Very generous base salary + comms!
