As a Sales Associate / Operations Clerk , you will be an important part of the team facilitating Showroom admin and always working to find the best outcome for our customers.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Independently manage day-to-day customer service, sales, quotes, processing of orders, merchandising and cashiering.
Confidently speak to customers on the phone and in person.
Coordinate contractors and customers' orders from suppliers.
Develop strong product knowledge.
About you:
Have a passion for customers and delivering excellent service Be motivated and results driven with great customer service Enjoy working in a team environment Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written Have a great eye for detail and a flair for merchandising Able to work with minimal supervision Be organised and efficient Efficient cash handling and POS experience is desirable Experience resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a "can do" attitude Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades About Us:
