In this highly rewarding role, your focus will be to provide an exceptional customer experience to clients throughout their exciting journey purchasing a new home. More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
Take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the display centreGreet and assist visitors to the display home, schedule appointmentsSupport customers through the sales cycle from developing/qualifying leads to nurturing and closingProvide exceptional customer service, answering questions to support customers to make informed decisionsCollaborate with the New Homes Sales Consultant to ensure business objectives are metEnsure that all sales documentation and paperwork is completed to a high standard and within required timeframesAbout you To be successful in this highly rewarding role, you will demonstrate alignment to the purpose and core values of MOJO Homes and NEX Group along with:
Outgoing personality with exceptional listening, communication, and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated customer focus for the provision of excellent customer serviceThe ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environmentSelf-motivated, goal-oriented and strive to produce only quality work with a high attention to detailPerformance and results-driven with strong motivation to achieve and exceed sales targetsA genuine interest in sales and the building industry to help customers purchase their dream homeAbility to work weekends (Saturday-Wednesday)Interested?
