Sales Associate

We're looking for a motivated and driven Sales Associate to assist our high-performing commercial & projects agent base in Brisbane's thriving Southern Suburbs.The Role:Proactively prospect to generate leads for potential qualified buyers and sellersManage and nurture buyer relationships to ensure successful outcomesAssist with open homes and private inspectionsCoordinate with the internal marketing team to run campaigns from start to finishCoordinate client meetings and communicationsEfficiently manage and update the client databaseAttend photoshoots and staging appointmentsFacilitate building and pest inspections, valuations, and pre-settlement inspectionsProvide general administrative support as neededWhat We're Looking For:A self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a high degree of professionalismExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleaguesExperience in sales or customer service is preferred but not requiredAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentSomeone who sees Real Estate as a career and is willing to put in the work to excelRequirements:Current QLD Sales Registration (or be in the process of attaining one) and a valid Driver's LicenseHave a current driver's license and carExperience in a sales role within real estate is essentialHighly organised and able to work well under pressureFlexible availability to work Monday to Saturday (no Sunday work required)Ability to multitask and thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environmentA strong team player who always strives for the best resultsAll applications are strictly confidential and not discussed with a third party without your consent.Hayley ThaiphayakSenior Property ConsultantP: 0410 789 088E: ******
