Sales Assistant will be responsible for helping customers find the right tyres for their vehicle, providing advice, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.ResponsibilitiesAssist customers in selecting the appropriate product and/or service.Process customer transactions.Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service.QualificationsCustomer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service.Previous experience in tyre sales or automotive retail is preferred but not required.Hours8:30am – 5pm, Monday – FridayRotating overtime Saturday shift when competent in role, 8:00 – 11:30amContractAll staff commence employment on a 3-month probation.After the 3-month probation period, if employee and employer wish to proceed, the employee has the opportunity to move to a full time contract.
