ABOUT THE ROLE
We currently have an exciting role at our Castletown Store for our next Part time Sales Assistant who is ready to ROCK the first impressions that make customers want to come back again and again!
The key to your success lies in a personal interest in popular fashion trends that meet customer needs, creating connections that maximize sales and representing our brand with flair and style.
You will also be working with a supportive team that is all striving to deliver an exceptional customer experience, maximize sales, and support the management team with stock organization and visual merchandising.

Represent Jay Jays by providing exceptional customer service with honesty and integrity
Work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve both individual and store targets
Cash handling and processing sales
Assist with stock management and processing
Assist with the setup of store promotions and visual merchandising
Minimize stock loss by following company loss prevention policies and procedures
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
To succeed in this role, you will:
Demonstrate confidence to approach, connect, and sell to our customers
Demonstrate a strong customer focus & provide an outstanding customer experience
Value integrity and doing things the right way
Enjoy working with a team in a high energy, fast-paced environment
Be 'solutions focused' when faced with problems
Awareness of loss prevention, health & safety, visual merchandising, as well as experience in a team environment or fashion retail is favorable but not essential.
