We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic sales associate to join us in the crucial role of working alongside Director Sam Patterson.
This position offers a unique opportunity to work alongside a high-performing team, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the continuous growth of Duke Realty.
A typical day will involve:
Client prospecting
Lead generation- A high level of prospecting is required for this role including phone calls
Diligent follow-up and keeping in contact with clients
Handling prospective buyer enquiries
Saturday and 1-2 evening open for inspections, auctions, and assist in set up
Stay ahead of the curve with the latest real estate market trends and changes
Generating new clients leads and booking in appraisals
The Candidate:
Have a current Real Estate License or Certificate of registration
Be immaculately presented and well-groomed
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
An ability to work autonomously and be trustworthy
Demonstrate a high-level attention to detail
A "Can Do" Attitude and Willingness to Learn
Available Saturdays
6 months experience in Real Estate is desired however, not essential for the right candidate
