About the roleDriveline Services is seeking a talented and driven Sales and Warehouse person to join our team at our Newcastle, NSW branch. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing our warehouse operations, and driving sales growth for our industry-leading products and services.
What you'll be doing Providing outstanding customer service to both existing and potential clientsActively engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products and solutionsAccurately processing and fulfilling customer orders, ensuring timely deliveryMaintaining effective inventory management and stock control procedures in the warehouseFacilitating the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in a safe and efficient mannerGenerating sales reports and providing insights to help drive business growthSupporting the broader sales and operations team as neededWhat we're looking for Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the warehousing, storage, and distribution industryStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with customersExcellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detailFamiliarity with warehouse operations and inventory management processesProficiency in using relevant software and technology to support sales and warehouse activitiesA flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamA valid driver's licence and the ability to operate forklift and other warehouse equipment (desirable)What we offerAt Driveline Services, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work environment.
