Oreco Group have an exciting opportunity for a Sales & Marketing Support Officer to join our expanding manufacturing facility in Childers, QLD.We are seeking a full-time Sales & Marketing Support officer to join our team. This position will see you become a part of a high performing team within our head office, whilst providing outstanding customer service to our internal and external clients.Based near Childers in Isis Central, ORECO Group is a privately owned manufacturing company that produces a diverse range of horticultural and agricultural products throughout Australia. Oreco Group's sole focus is to produce the best quality products while supporting local and regional businesses and communities by sourcing recycled, eco-friendly, and sustainable raw materials.Requirements and Skills:Experience in internal and external sales roles, with proven results in meeting sales targets and KPIs.Ability to provide solutions to address and resolve client issues or challenges as they arise.Collect sales data to provide sales reports and use information to create sales presentations.Collect and analyze marketing data and marketing initiatives and resources to improve marketing strategies within the organization.Able to assist with product photography and video projects for website and social media usage.Proven experience with branding and marketing to improve brand awareness.Knowledgeable in social media content creation and marketing strategies.Qualifications and Knowledge:Bachelor of business (Marketing and communications) or equivalent qualification desirable.Experience in sales and business development highly regarded.Knowledge and hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite – Graphic Design and Illustrator (desirable).Experience in social media marketing and content creation highly regarded.Previous experience in internal and external sales roles in the agricultural industry highly regarded.This role will report to our General Manager and will be based at our Childers manufacturing site.
