Overview of role?
ILSC Greystone College Australia Sales and Marketing department is hiring onshore Sales and Marketing Specialist. (Native Korean and Japanese speakers are strongly preferred).
The Sales and Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning and implementing the sales activities of ILSC to achieve enrollment targets. The ideal candidate will bring their experiences working with agencies, schools, and pathway partners to identify, encourage, and support the enrollment of students into language and vocational programs.
We are looking for a personable and persuasive communicator, results-oriented, highly ethical, a great team player, and seeking an opportunity to grow with a world-leading organization in international education.
Job Duties
Recruit and manage agent accounts in the region
Research, analyze and develop sales plans and strategies
Promote ILSC Education Group through effective:
Presentation skills o Seminars and fairs o Pricing strategies
Training of our agents
Data mining
Actively listen to our clients' needs and share it with the management in a timely manner
Proactively manage ILSC Education Groups reputation in the region
Actively facilitate feedback loop internally and externally
Attend recruitment and promotion activities, to build long lasting relationships with stakeholders
Write compelling social copy to accompany visual content for use on social media platforms
Provide assistance with website and social media marketing to ensure the company and our products, services, customers and other stakeholders are presented in a professional and enticing manner at all times
Upload videos to social media platforms and assist with channel management
Other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes:
Formal education in sales & marketing, business, communications, or related field (not mandatory)
Experience in the international education/recruitment industry
Strong knowledge and experience of Australian International Education
Existing network and relationships within the education industry
Eligibility to work full time in Australia
You must be knowledgeable about how to distribute video via YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, websites, etc.
Knowledge of Social Media Platforms and apps
Great interpersonal skills, with a positive, fun attitude
Familiarity with video distribution channels including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Dropbox, and more
