We opened our doors in 2015 and are a well-accomplished and trusted business in the NT and Australia wide.
We operate a state-of-the-art Insulated Panel Manufacturing line, producing high-quality insulated panels used for structures, cold storage, housing, and much more.
What We're Looking For: We are seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager who is prepared to hit the ground running and engage new clients whilst continuing to maintain relationships with our loyal existing ones.
Our ideal candidate will also be responsible for marketing our trusted products, updating the website regularly, and staying up to date with the latest marketing and advertising trends on all platforms.
Responsibilities: All marketing including setting strategic goals, updating and maintaining the website and social media platforms Collaborating with our experienced management team to drive revenue and further business growth Drive sales for the business with a reasonable KPI expectation Manage a select portfolio of clients and sales Conduct current and potential client visits in Alice Springs, Kununurra, and Broome every quarter for a period of 1-2 days Our Ideal Candidate: Previous senior sales and marketing experience Ability to build long-term client relationships An approachable, driven, and goal-oriented mindset Highly motivated with the ability to work autonomously Thrive in fast-paced environments, showcasing excellent planning and execution abilities Displays exceptional attention to detail and effectively manages their time well Benefits That We Offer: Attractive base salary of $110,000.00 inclusive of super and use of company car Build your portfolio with well-known, reputable, and respected clients A family-built and oriented business Comprehensive training and a chance to expand product knowledge on site How to Apply: Ready to join Arctic Installations?
