The detailsHoursThe role is casual, with option to flex up and down in relation to business needs and your scheduleWe would like ongoing availability on both weekend days, and ideally 2 weekdays. The weekdays don't need to be full days, and could be half days or a combination of both.LocationMelbourne, AustraliaOur team is hybrid - most people work in office 2-3 days across Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday/Saturday, and do some time remote from homeResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional customer support over phone, email, and live chatMeet expectations for volume and quality of interactionsTroubleshoot and resolve customer issues quickly and effectively, resulting in a high level of customer satisfactionAccurately document customer interactions in our internal database, allowing for seamless management between team membersStay up-to-date with product information, company policies and procedures, to provide accurate and comprehensive supportWork closely with other team members and departments to ensure an integrated, high level of supportAll equipment including mac laptop, second screen, headset etc will be suppliedDesirable Skills & ExperienceExperience in a customer-facing role would be highly advantageousEnergetic and enthusiastic personality with a passion for helping peopleWillingness to learn and get involved in new thingsExcellent communication skills - written and verbalTech savvy - confident in picking up new software systemsStrong problem solving skills, and a demonstrated ability to think on your feetExcellent time management and personal organisation skillsHigh level of accountabilityAwesome attention to detailCalm under pressureFlexible!
