The details HoursThe role is casual, with option to flex up and down in relation to business needs and your schedule We would like ongoing availability on both weekend days, and ideally 2 weekdays. The weekdays don't need to be full days, and could be half days or a combination of both. LocationMelbourne, Australia Our team is hybrid - most people work in office 2-3 days across Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday/Saturday, and do some time remote from home ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional customer support over phone, email, and live chat Meet expectations for volume and quality of interactions Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues quickly and effectively, resulting in a high level of customer satisfaction Accurately document customer interactions in our internal database, allowing for seamless management between team members Stay up-to-date with product information, company policies and procedures, to provide accurate and comprehensive support Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure an integrated, high level of support All equipment including mac laptop, second screen, headset etc will be supplied Desirable Skills & Experience Experience in a customer-facing role would be highly advantageous Energetic and enthusiastic personality with a passion for helping people Willingness to learn and get involved in new things Excellent communication skills - written and verbal Tech savvy - confident in picking up new software systems Strong problem solving skills, and a demonstrated ability to think on your feet Excellent time management and personal organisation skills High level of accountability Awesome attention to detail Calm under pressure Flexible!
