About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team at Programmed. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating and managing sales, building customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction within a galvanizing workshop.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the businessBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their requirementsStay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor analysis to ensure effective sales and marketing strategiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiativesProvide regular sales reports and insights to inform business decisionsRequirementsProven track record in sales, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sectorStrong understanding of the galvanizing process, its applications, and industry standardsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate contracts and pricing terms effectivelyAbility to understand technical specifications and drawingsStrong time management skills to manage a sales territoryAbout UsAt Programmed, we are committed to creating a safe and inclusive environment which values and respects diverse styles, backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
