Internal Job Title:Sales and Administration Support Business:Lucy Electric Australasia Location: Brisbane, Australia Job Reference No: 3633 Job Purpose To support the Lucy Electric Australasia regional growth strategy by servicing new and existing Sales Accounts and completing all required administrative and sales operations tasks.
Job Context Handling enquiries, submission of quotations, order processing, order logistics as well as maintaining proper project and order filling and updating CRM activities. The role will report directly to the Sales and Business Development Manager – Australasia.
Key Accountabilities Including but not limited to:
Primary Handling customer queries and clarifications, responding in a timely manner.Preparation and submission of quotations whilst following approved processes.Complete administrative tasks ensuring all orders are processed in a timely manner and ensuring all technical and commercial aspects are considered.Arranging shipments to Customers.Co-ordinate with QA ensuring all customer complaints are handled in a timely manner.Update CRM for all customer related activities.Maintain relationships with customers and distributors.Working with a broad internal Lucy Electric team in other departments necessary to coordinate and drive business success.Secondary To help identify and undertake any other duties and responsibilities to improve the efficiency and quality of internal procedures and customer services.Comply with all company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of information relating to the company's business and staff.Qualifications, Experience & Skills Familiarity with CRM Systems, preferably Microsoft D365 or similar.Familiarity with quoting systems.Familiarity with ERP Systems, preferably Oracle or similar.Fluency in English.Excellent communication skills.Excellent in MS Office.Excellent reporting and documentation skills.Good knowledge in logistics.3+ Years within similar industry or role.Mature judgment with a demonstrated ability to prioritise and work with little to no supervision.Customer focused with the ability to deal with a variety of people in a professional and courteous manner in diversified situations.Must be able to cope under pressure and multi-task.A team player with enthusiasm, keen to learn and develop skills.Well organised with good time management.Organized and detail oriented.A passion for excellence and a proven ability to succeed.
