Empire Office Furniture in Rockhampton, QLD, is looking for a full-time Sales and Administration Support team member to help us continue delivering exceptional service to our clients.
This role is perfect for someone with a background in administration who is looking to develop their sales skills.
While sales experience is not a must, we do ask for a commitment to reliability and a willingness to learn.
We provide all the training and support you need to succeed.
What you'll be doing Supporting the sales team with a variety of administrative tasks such as data entry, order processing, and invoicingHandling customer inquiries and providing excellent serviceCollaborating with other departments to ensure smooth product delivery and servicesKeeping detailed records and documentation related to sales activitiesProviding general office support as neededWhat we're looking for Strong administration and organizational skills, with attention to detailGood communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbalPrevious experience in an administrative role (sales experience is a bonus but not required)Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially in CRM and data managementA positive and proactive approach to problem-solvingReliability, commitment, and a willingness to learn and grow with our teamWhat we offer At Empire Office Furniture, we're committed to supporting you in your professional journey.
