As an Sales Agreement Administrator, you will be at the forefront of our clients business success strategy, ensuring their customers receive world-class service and support.
Role:
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Providing support to branches nationally and sales consultants regarding agreement-related inquiries. Connecting and communicating with customers to confirm agreement details and gather possible leads for the team Collaborating with branches to guarantee proper execution of service agreements, enhancing customer agreement retention, overall relationships, profitability, and efficiency. Communicating valuable customer insights gathered during the renewal process to local service branches. Utilizing sales configuration tools to construct and renew service agreements. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and activities in CRM tools. Work Related Requirements: 1-2 years as a Sales Administrator or similar. Strong customer service and admin background Proficiency in various computer programs, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to utilize CRM applications for sales and data interpretation. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
